What does your business offer that is different when compared to business of the same trade?
We are a smaller family-ran business. Because of this it gives us the chance to really focus directly on our client’s needs and pay closer attention to the details necessary for the best results. We desire to both maintain and bring back the old fashion business relationship where both customer and business owner have a mutual relationship that transcends the typical big business model where most often personal interaction and quality service is cut short.
What is the most important part of your job that you do every day?
Our aim is to always uphold the highest standards in the industry. This is achieved by Tim who is a trained IICRC professional. We always offer eco-friendly products, truck mounted equipment for superior cleaning and faster dry times, fans for faster to decrease times, corner guards to protect wall corners and furniture, foam blocks to protects furniture from staining the carpet, shoe covers to keep the outside contaminates off the floor so you don’t have to clean after us and a neutralizing rinsing agent designed to help pull out residue. In other words, we don’t cut corners, we clean them.
What would you say is your keys to success?
In today’s social market your best source for advertisement is always word of mouth. Because of this, we want to service the cares of our clients. Therefore, during the clean we always show the client in the beginning of the clean to make sure they are initially satisfied. Then after the completing the job, we always do a final walk through and let the customer examine all of our work. We wait after a week or two and call back to assure all cleaning is still to the satisfaction of the customer. If for some reason we fail to provide the perfect service experience, we will come back to correct the issue. If we are not able to resolve the problem then we will offer a 100 percent refund for that service.
What has surprised you most about your job?
When I started cleaning carpets a few years ago I was surprised at how I loved to be lost in conversation with people, I loved talking about their lives, family and friends. I also like to hear about their stories, what made them happy or sad or even about their favorite sports team (mine is the Seahawks). I find that keeping it real makes the experience much more enjoyable for both me and the customer.
