To start with, do not use the “mop and bucket” it only works against you by replying dirty water into the grout. Also when cleaning with soap it will always leave an Alkaline film creating a magnetic draw for dirt. I recommend using a product that leaves zero residue. The best one I know is vinegar. It smells bad but it cleans well without leaving a residue.
