This is an interesting question. A question I’m asked many times as a professional carpet cleaner. As I have tried to give my non bias opinion I can honestly say a clean home is a happy allergen free home whether you have carpet, tile or hardwood as your flooring of choice. If you have hard surfaces you have to dust often and more to maintain a safe indoor environment or clean your carpets 2 times a week with one year professional cleanings. However you look at it cleanliness is healthiness.
