Tim Moore founded Quality Care Carpet Cleaning with a focus on professional workmanship and genuine customer care. With more than a decade of professional cleaning experience, he has built the business by serving the same North DFW communities he calls home.
For Tim, the goal has never been simply to complete a cleaning job. It is to give customers honest recommendations, professional service and work they can feel confident inviting into their home or business.

How It Started
From Industry Experience to a Business of His Own.
Before starting Quality Care, Tim worked in the professional carpet cleaning industry and became a trainer for a larger cleaning company. That experience gave him a strong foundation in the technical side of the work, but it also helped shape his ideas about the kind of service he wanted to provide.
When Tim and his wife started Quality Care in 2014, the goal was to build something local and personal, where quality workmanship and the way customers are treated mattered equally.
More than a decade later, Quality Care continues to serve homes and businesses throughout the same North DFW communities Tim and his family call home.
